Convergence India, New Delhi, 16th January 2018 – ETL Systems, a global designer and manufacturer of RF signal distribution equipment for satellite communications, will be demonstrating a range of solutions for high quality satellite signal distribution at Convergence India.
ETL Systems’ Vortex L-band matrix provides high performance signal routing for up to 64 inputs and 64 outputs. Its compact chassis, enables it to be easily integrated into a satellite ground station system. The Vortex matrix provides high resilience for mission critical applications. A simple web browser interface makes it easy to manage and monitor the system remotely.
ETL will also be demonstrating its StingRay RF over Fibre range, which provides fibre link connectivity between a satellite antenna and a remote control room. Capable of delivering signals from 10 to up to 50 kilometres apart without the need for additional amplification. It drastically reduces signal loss, ensuring a much higher quality feed, whatever the application. The solution is resilient with dual-redundant hot-swap power supplies and hot-swap fibre modules. It is also easy to install, with the option to set output power level for automatic link optimisation.
Dextra L-band splitters and combiners will also be featured. Delivering high resilience RF signal distribution in a compact 1U high chassis. All units can be controlled and monitored remotely, giving users full overview even on remote sites. Splitters feature LNB powering and for continual power.

“India is a fast paced region, with recent successes in the broadcast, satellite operator and government sectors. The region is looking for ways to capitalise on this growth by investing in solutions that deliver high quality whilst affording a great deal of cost and time efficiencies.”

Ian Hilditch

CEO, ETL Systems

These solutions will all be showcased on the ETL Systems booth (E279) at Convergence India from 7th to 9th March.
